Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • U.S. orders – Fully insured. If lost or damaged, we reship or refund immediately.
  • International orders – We provide proof of shipping and assist with claims, but liability transfers to the carrier once it leaves the U.S.
  • Marked “Delivered” but missing? Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), then contact us — we’ll resolve it quickly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Overnight and 2-Day services cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  • Large or fragile items (furniture, statues, tatami, etc.) may ship via freight — you’ll see the option at checkout.
  • Certain items (incense, essential oils, etc.) are restricted or prohibited in some countries (especially Australia/New Zealand).

Holiday & Peak-Season Delays
