4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

• Prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required
• Payment is processed securely through trusted gateways (we do not store full card details)
• Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is verified

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer secure worldwide shipping. All lighters are shipped empty of fuel to comply with international safety regulations.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days (subject to customs)
• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient
• Tracking information is provided for all orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

• Lighters that have been filled with fuel cannot be returned due to safety regulations
• Custom or engraved items are non-returnable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with photos if you receive a damaged item.
